We provide Director services for clients per the following terms:

1. Office Identity and Resident agent services must be provided by Cal First Holdings.

2. The Annual fee is $250.00

3. Fees for Director Activities are $35 for the signing and forwarding of a group of documents. The Director fee for all other activities  is $125 per hour.

4. A Deposit of $200 is required when the Incorporator predicts substantial initial compliance by the Director.
